Are second-hand PC's worth it? - An online questionnaire
http://www.openresearch.co.za/refurbq.html

How much does it cost you to own and maintain refurbished computers
in Africa, compared to the cost of owning and maintaining new PCs?
Open Research (http://www.openresearch.co.za) is currently
researching the total cost of ownership comparisons between
refurbished and new PCs in Africa.

The research forms part of the CATIA (Catalysing Access to ICT in
Africa) programme.

Over the next two weeks Open Research is conducting an online
questionnaire on key issues affecting this topic. If you are an NGO,
small business, or school in Africa we are looking for your input. We
would appreciate it if you would take the time to answer this short
questionnaire.

The questionnaire and more details on the research can be found at
http://www.openresearch.co.za/refurbq.html

The research being conducted by Open Research will be published under
the open content licence and will be freely accessible to all
interested parties later this year.
