planning, policy, recruitment, supervision, motivation/team building &
development.

Participants will learn how to construct a new volunteer programme and also
how to identify and correct problems in an existing one.  You will leave
this workshop having gained fresh perspectives and useful tools to enable
you to make the most effective use of volunteers and also ensure volunteer
job satisfaction.
