DOES YOUR ORGANIZATION OFFER COMPETITIVE SALARIES AND BENEFITS IN THE NON
PROFIT ORGANISATIONS ARENA?

We are happy to announce that Averile Ryder Accredited Global Remuneration
Specialists will for the sixth year be carrying out a full remuneration and
benefits survey for Non Profit Organizations’ during 2008. Two Reports will
be made available in September 2008; one for local NGOs and one for
international NGOs’. The results reflected in the report will be as at 31
July 2008. This is the fifth time we will be carrying out this survey. We
have extensive experience in carrying out salary surveys in particular in
the Non Profit Organizations’ Sector.  

We would like to invite you as a NGO to participate in this survey. Last
year 67 local and international NGOs’ participated in our survey. For 2008,
our goal is to get at least 100 organizations to participate in the survey.
The closing date for all data is 31 August 2008. We need your participation
to make these surveys a bigger success this year.
