TO ALL SANGONeT USERS
The SANGONeT team would like to thank you for your interest in the NGO
Pulse portal and all the comments we have received since the launch. We
have noted your comments and are trying to incorporate as many of them
as possible. Please continue sending us feedback and comments.
We encourage you to register as users on the NGO Pulse Portal. As an NGO
Pulse user you can:
* Add an opportunity (e.g. vacancies, awards, request for proposals)
* Add an event (e.g. training, workshops, seminars and other events)
* Add a blog
* Add a press release (e.g. NGO Media Releases)
* Add a comment to articles published
To register as an NGO Pulse user:
1. Go to www.ngopulse.org
2. On the homepage, click “Register” in the right hand corner of the
page (below the masthead)
3. Create a new account by completing the fields required. (We need
your email address to verify your contact information).
4. Once you have completed the form, you will see the text “Thank you
for applying for an account. Your account is currently pending
approval by the site administrator. In the meantime, your password
and further instructions have been sent to your e-mail address”
appeared at the top of the home page.
5. You will immediately receive an email (to the address you
provided) allocating you a password which you can use to login to
the site.
6. Within an hour you will receive an email indicating that you have
been successfully registered as an NGO Pulse user outlining what
rights you have.
7. You can then login again using your username and password.
We do realise that this sounds like an arduous process, but you will
only be required to do this once.
For any assistance in this process, please send an email to
administrator at ngopulse.org .
We know that this will be a big change for our users but are confident
that, once registered you will benefit from the new functionalities and
make NGO Pulse a space that works for you!
Thank you,
The NGO Pulse team.
