Mrs Mataka said this in Lusaka yesterday as Zambia joined the rest of the world in launching the International Day Against Women violence and the first day of 16 days of Activism Against Gender Violence. In a report entitled Uganda: Doubly Traumatised, Amnesty said that women victims of violence in northern Uganda face "insurmountable difficulties in trying to ensure that perpetrators are brought to justice."
